Front Desk with LFC!
First priority is sales and servicing the sales rack. Fills empty areas, turns on computers, takes old stickers off, clean screens, price labels, connected to internet, activated and updated. Client support person, if lead admin is busy. Sells computers, helps with applications. Answers phones, checks voicemail and email. Records contacts with donors and clients as they walk in. Ensures that we have all of the forms we need (application eng/span, donation, return, etc...).
Photocopies flyers for distribution. Some office experience is helpful but not required.
