The City of Marina Recreation & Cultural Services Department's Mission is to acquire, develop, operate, and maintain a park and recreation system that enriches the quality of life for residents and visitors alike and preserves it for future generations.

The Marina Recreation & Cultural Services Department oversees the Youth, Teen and Senior Centers and events. In addition, the Department holds a variety of community special events and sports leagues. Recreation staff and volunteers host numerous community events each year and provides safe places for children to go after school. We take great pride in enriching the lives of others through quality parks and programs designed and developed so that people of all ages, abilities, and income levels have the chance to participate in excellent recreational opportunities.
