Volunteers will plant native species such as Seacliff buckwheat and California sagebrush to restore and maintain Garrapata’s diverse plant communities. If needed, we will also pick up trash from the project area. This project helps support sensitive wildlife, like the Smith’s blue butterfly and multiple rare plants that call Garrapata home. Ages 8 and older are welcome (minors must be accompanied by an adult and bring a waiver signed by their guardian).
