The training will provide necessary skills for facilitating mediations between those who have been victimized by crime and the youth involved in the case. Mediations are based in restorative justice.
Trainees will learn about Restorative Justice Partners, Inc., restorative views of conflict, effective communication and mediation techniques. Hands-on training, practice time with experienced mediators, and materials are provided.
