Are you energized by community events and inspired by the power of civic engagement? Community Builders for Monterey County (CBMC) is expanding our Special Projects & Events Team, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring our events to life!
From our Fall Giving Fair and Community Conversations, to tabling at local festivals and volunteering at large-scale events like the Salinas International Airshow and the Monterey Bay Half Marathon, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful and fun!
As a team member, you’ll be involved in every phase: planning, implementation, and post-event evaluation.
We’re Looking For Volunteers Who:
- Are self-starters who aren’t shy about sharing ideas
- Enjoy working with the public and trying new things
- Champion civic and community engagement
- Are flexible, organized, and able to multitask
- Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
